The staff at Catton aim to deliver the highest standards of veterinary care backed up by a personal and caring attitude dedicated to providing service of the highest standard in a sympathetic, friendly and reassuring manner.
Catton operates an appointment system - please call (except for emergencies which are seen as a priority). As with all our branches, appointments are intended as a rough guide. In the interests of our patients, we may wish to give additional time to individual consultations. This may result in brief delays but all our clients will benefit from this by their pet receiving our fullest attention to their requirements.
The branch also offers a range of Hills' Science Plan and Royal Canin premium diets and a variety of pet products as well as advice on many issues such as pet insurance, pet nutrition, weight control, dental care, flea control and much more.
As with other Medivet branches, Catton is linked to all other Medivet branches via computerised ADSL connections, a technology allowing permanent high-speed links between all branches thereby allowing records to be accessed by other branches of Medivet (such as the Thorpe St Andrews and Hellesdon branches in Norwich) at all times. Medivet is dedicated to making use of the latest and most modern computer hardware, software and communications in providing excellence in record-keeping and transfer of clinical information within the Group.
Catton Veterinary Clinic has been owned and operated by vet and partner, Jeffrey Langberg, since 1992. In December 2002, Jeffrey decided to join the Medivet Partnership and Catton Veterinary Clinic is now part of Medivet. Jeffrey is still the senior vet in charge of Catton. Plentiful free parking is available at the practice. Jeff is ably assisted by veterinary surgeon Hanneke Kruger, Shelagh Tubby and Eva Markstein as well as head nurse Sam Leeks and a large team of dedicated nurses and receptionists. Catton is open weekdays and Saturday mornings with after-hours support being provided by a local 24 hour service provider. The practice is very spacious and is very well equipped to deal with most cases. |
