We are a small team of compassionate veterinary professionals dedicated to providing your pet with the highest standard of care. We see all sorts of pets on a daily basis, from the usual dogs, cats and rabbits to the slightly less common tortoises, reptiles and birds, including ever more popular backyard chickens.
Our surgery is open Monday to Saturday for consultations by appointment (emergencies will always be given priority), to make sure that your pet receives all the time they need for a thorough examination.
Medivet Brampton is a well-equipped practice with modern facilities that enable us to perform advanced treatment. We are able to deal with most cases in our practice, including emergencies. We offer a range of services including vet consultations, surgery (minor and advanced), dentistry, x-ray, ultrasound and same day lab results (where applicable).
When needed, we will refer patients to one of our nearby branches for more specialist care, and we have access to state of the art services such as MRI, CT and endoscopy.
Our out-of-hours cover is provided by the Huntingdon Veterinary Emergency service and they are always happy to see patients that require care at any time of the night.
As well as appointments, we also offer nurse clinics for matters such as weight checks, dental checks, new puppy advice and geriatric check-ups.
Our team are very happy to help with any questions you may have, so feel free to give us a call or stop by the practice for a quick chat.

David Stevens - Veterinary Surgeon
Too long ago I worked as a parasitologist alongside vets in Borneo. This gave me the incentive to become a vet. On qualifying from Cambridge I worked in a mixed practice in the flat lands of Kent and subsequently returned to the flat lands of East Anglia to St. Ives (ideal for my love of hill walking!). Along with 2 partners the practice was expanded to cover 3 sites which subsequently joined the Medivet Group in 2007. I am married with 2 children (in the process of flying the nest), a dog, a chinchilla and numerous fish. I enjoy working part time in a supportive team.
