Andy BuchanAndy Buchan - Branch Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I joined Heathlands in April 2012 and became a partner in the practice later the same year. I have spent most of my career working in small animal practice in Devon before choosing Heathlands as my professional home. My passion is surgery and in 2011 obtained the RCVS Certificate in small animal surgery (CertSAS) after four years of study. Areas of interest include soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, pain management and more recently MRI imaging. In my spare time I love to spend time with my children and still greatly miss my days on the rugby pitch.

Heathlands, purpose-built in 2001, is a Veterinary practice based just outside of Wool, surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside and stunning views.
