Medivet Enfield

The Enfield Branch of Medivet is one of six  24 hour centres operated by Medivet. The practice was purchased from Mr Mike King MRCVS in July 1998 who retired from practice at that time. The Enfield branch underwent major upgrading to its premises, equipment and facilities to make it suitable to be a 24 hour centre.

Nitzan KroterNitzan Kroter - Senior Partner & Head Clinician
Nitzan qualified as a veterinary Surgeon in South Africa and moved with his family to England in 2000, where he worked as a small animal vet in Oxford and later in Shenfield, Essex. He joined Medivet in 2005 and became a partner at the newly refurbished practice at Hockley. In 2009 he joined the senior partnership and moved to our 24 hour Enfield practice. Nitzan has a special interest in surgery, particularly in soft tissue reconstructive surgery, orthopaedic and spinal surgery.

Carli BentleyCarli Bentley - Branch Partner and Veterinary Surgeon
I started my veterinary degree in Perth, Australia and transferred to Bristol University in 2007 where I graduated in 2009. My first vet job was a small animal position in a clinic near Bath. I then joined Medivet in November 2010 to be closer to my family. I hope to undertake a certificate with a medical bias within the next 18 months.

Kelly LawlessKelly Lawless - Branch Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

I started working for Medivet in August 2010 as a floating Vet. Since October 2011 I have been the third permanent Vet here at Enfield. I am keen to pursue my interest in exotic medicine, as well as continuing to progress with my surgical skills.

Medivet Enfield is managed by partner and veterinary surgeon Nitzan Kroter, ably assisted by  veterinary surgeons Carli Benley and Kelly Lawless, head nurse Stuart brown and a team of vets, nurses, student nurses and receptionists. The branch is staffed 24 hours-a-day thereby providing a round-the-clock service for hospitalised inpatients and for new cases, both routine and emergency. Medivet Enfield has benefited from extensive investment and is fully equipped to deal with most cases received by Enfield. It also acts as a referral centre for other local Medivet branches and provides after hours service to a number of local independent practices in the Enfield area.
