Janet Brenton

Janet Brenton – Head Veterinary Surgeon

I completed my BCSc MRCVS from Bristol University in 1981. After completing my degree, I spent 5 years in a mixed practice in Coventry before joining a small animal practice for 28 years in Macclesfield and Congleton, Cheshire where I later become a partner. I am happy to now be a part of the Medivet family here at Medivet Shawbirch. I have a special interest in surgery and dentistry as well as consulting with my clients. At home, I have a black Labrador called Dolly that I rescued. In my free time I enjoy walking with my husband, Mike, and Dolly. I also enjoy singing with the Shrewsbury Choral Society as well as gardening and hand crafts such as knitting, needlework and fly tying. I look forward to meeting you and your pets here at Medivet Shawbirch.
