Five star treatment for my girl. Life saving diagnosis and treatment and follow up service. The most lovely staff. Not the cheapest which is hard at times but certainly worth it for the treatment we have received.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Medivet team in Billinge & in particular vet Nina for caring for our beautiful little boy Alfie (Westie) over the last few years & in particular the last 2 years when he has had to have various surgeries & procedures. The care, love & compassion that you show towards our beloved animals is second to none. What makes you even more amazing (Nina) is the fact that you travelled over to Alder Hey Medivet practice after you had finished your day to perform an emergency scan when there was nobody available at the Alder Hey Veterinary Hospital to perform it. Even though we have now had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our gorgeous boy, your veterinary skills kept him with us for 12 months longer than we though we would have him & for that, we are eternally grateful. THANK YOU ❤️

Outstanding vet clinic. Dr Nina is one of the best, if not the best veterinary professionalists I had pleasure to encounter. She took very good care of my dog after it got attacked, explained all my doubts and did it with friendly attitude.

The vet (Elena) was wonderful with my cat, very thorough in her examination of him and explained the possible treatments available and associated costs. Very impressed!

I prefer this practice to my local one, the team are lovely, thorough and very caring with each of my pets i've needed to bring for treatment. Almost as importantly, they always have a vet at the practice, which is regularly not the case at my local branch. Can't fault the team here for their care.

Fantastic place, all of the staff at the practice are so welcoming, knowledgable and friendly. I’d thoroughly recommend Medivet Billinge to everyone in the area.

Had to make the most difficult decision to put my little boy to sleep today. The vet and the staff were so caring and patient and treated my boy with the utmost respect and care. I am totally devastated and heartbroken, but the care I received during this difficult time was outstanding. I really want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart
