Cassie, our Mini Schnauser has been registered with Burton Medivets since it changed hands. The care that she received was always the best, always explaining everything and our options. At her final visit ???? everyone was so supportive, the nursing staff were so caring and understanding and Emma was amazing, she made an absolutely horrific time just a bit more bearable. We even received a sympathy card from them ????❤️ We can not praise the whole team enough and definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend this vets. They failed to make an accurate diagnosis and kept billing us over several weeks for unnecessary medication, changed to Etwall vets who diagnosed with 24 hours. Unfortunately our boy passed away.This place has gone downhill since Jamie Winston left.

Rang up for appointment last night the Guy on the phone was brilliant, so took my hamster to some one that had knowledge but unfortunately was her time how they handled the situation was amazing. Highly recommend

Medivets was recommended to me and I was very impressed. Staff were lovely and the vet was extremely professional, i took my puppy in for his first check and vacs and he explained everything in great detail. Signed up for the vacs / health check monthly plan at an unbeatable price! Would fully recommend:-)
