Stefano started with The Grove in 2018 and in 2021 entered into partnership with Medivet for New Mills and Buxton and is the Branch Partner and Lead Vet. Stefano enjoys soft tissue surgery and bribing our patients with treats on a regular basis He also owns Piero, our practice cat! Outside of work…..well let’s face it, Stefano is usually at work still, fixing things around the practice or catching up on phone calls!

Nic is our Head Nurse. Nic is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and holds an Advanced certificate in Emergency and Critical Care. Anaesthesia, Emergency and Critical Care and Behaviour is her areas of interest. Nic is predominately based at New Mills but will be over at Buxton most Tuesdays, she manages the nursing team and the day to day running of both practices. She also deals with any insurance processing and queries. Outside of work Nic enjoys hiking and camping with her two dogs

Outside of work Ashleigh is interested in extreme weather and spends time travelling to America to go storm chasing in Tornado Alley

Shannon is one of the Registered Veterinary Nurses in our team, she is adding to her knowledge by studying for her Oral Heath Certificate with the BVNA to progress the practices dentistry care. Outside of work Shannon enjoying spending time at the stables with her horses and helping on her brothers farm, especially at lambing time! Shannon has a keen interest to diagnostics and enjoying spending time in our Laboratory running blood and urine screens, and performing Radiography alongside our Veterinary Surgeons.

Rubbish wast of time, money & journey.i came across a polish girl completely clueless & this vets is tight on medication when others give you the whole new product in a box instead of half a teaspoon,& charge less
