We saw a great vet who gave us very detailed and thorough advice. didn't push the expensive options to start, unlike other vets we have used previously. Thankfully, our cat, Rory is back to his old self. A fantastic Team!

Thoroughly checked over Lily. Very friendly staff. Don't know if I'm wrong but there didn't appear to be any toilets in waiting area.

Easy to book an appointment although it’s a bit too expensive and not much effort to find the problem with my pet.

The vet was amazing and really cared about what he was doing with our new puppy. Sadly the practice were let down by GDPR, they gave out my name, phone number and email without my consent, to Petplan, who after my appointment, sent me numerous texts and emails pestering to sign up free insurance for 4 weeks. We have already received this service from the breeder, when we purchased our puppy. If I'd been asked at the appointment, I would have informed them of this. I did not consent, nor was I asked if I'd like to be offered this service. A very serious, unappreciated and inappropriate flaw in your service. I'd like to receive written confirmation that my details have not been passed to any other companies outside of the vetenery practice, and that I have been removed from their entry on the Petplan database.

A lovely little practice, had a family feel to it, the vet was extremely knowledgeable and gave me not only advice but the products to buy and demonstrated how to use those products, felt like my puppy had the best first experience to the vets. Picture of my boy for cuteness
