If you feel you would like to leave us a review on your visit please click on one of the following links: I was at the vet few weeks ago and not happy with the vet at all. He was even scared to touch my dig he was one if the unfriendly vet I have ever seen in my life. It was our first visit in Southgate branch for registery and I was charged £80 without any explanation. I was spouse to pay £17 only I didn't even checked the amount and pay. Next day it appeared on my account that I was charged over £80. I phoned the vet explained what happened and I was told because I have seen the vet and been charged because of that. I was told by the receptionists to bring my dog in for registration but never explained I was going to be charged £60 for it. The vet did not even examine my dog properly I don't think I will be going there again. I used to go to Enfield medivet and all the vet absolutely brilliant. I don't think I will go back there again. Was told by the reception that the vet was specialised in Ferrets. He was not. Was charged over £50 for the wrong information after seeing an actual specialist in exotic animals/ ferrets.
