I spoke to Stephanie on 16.5.21 after hours, as my cat caught a nestling bird and its wing became infected. She was really helpful and told us exactly how to care for it. We had some left over Synulox from my cat and she advised us on exactly how much we had to give the bird based on its weight. 2 days later the infection has gone and the bird has never looked so healthy - with no signs of shock. I cannot thank Stephanie enough for her help and advice over the phone. We honestly expected to hear that we had to take the bird to a vet or get an appointment. We were blown away by how helpful she was. A true pleasure to talk too. Thank you so much Stephanie!!!

The vet I see with Kitty is very helpful and explains every thing in detail. He seems like a genuine animal lover. only negative was having to wait outside , only 2 seats. Lucky for me it wasn't raining this time.
