We had to rush one of our dogs to Medivet at 1130pm last night. It’s very frightening to have a very sick loved pet in the middle of the night, and needing to get help. We were so impressed with the service and care shown to our dog by the vet and vet nurse, and the time taken to explain everything to us. I didn’t want to leave her but in the end I felt she was much safer there, and she had excellent care overnight. They communicated promptly with our own vet this morning, so by the time I called to book the follow up appointment the moment their phones opened, our practice already knew what had happened. The facilities were fresh, clean and modern. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic for emergency care any time of the day or night.

Just took Ollie, the Copers Cope Road street cat, to Meditvet in Foxgrove Road. He has a gash to his neck, presumably from a fight, naughty boy! It was out of hours and the service was fantastic! He was seen straight away and treated like a king! We’re going to take him back over the next couple of days for a check up. Thank you Medivets Beckenham for your kindness-we would definitely recommend this service to others.

Amazing service at Beckenham Medivet, from the emergency night staff in to the day staff with their periodic updates over the phone and even if the news isn't good they take care of everything, especially Pam on reception this morning couldn't have been kinder and more helpful when one of your 4 legged furry friends has passed.

I have moved to Wales 6 months ago but when using this vets practice I have to say they were awesome. My Springer Spaniel was cared for by Dan and he spent so much time explaining and giving this little girl all the help she needed. First class service. My two smaller dogs were cared for by Karen. Again a brilliant service. I am now in Wales and although the vets I now use are ok there was a personal touch from Dan and Karen that would have been be hard to top. Also the reception staff (Peaches in particular) were great. Wish I could still use this vets but a 4 hour drive is a little to far to travel.

Your reception staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even learn one's name pretty quickly! As the public's first glimpse of the practice, they do very well to give such a favourable impression. The vets I have seen with my cat have listened carefully to what I say about her and are thorough in their examinations of her. They are happy to discuss what I fear may be problems and to allay my fears. They explain clearly the treatment they advise for her. It is almost always possible to get an appointment the same day that one rings to see a vet. This must be because you have several vets, not just the one.

I can’t thank All the wonderful staff and especially Yannis for saving Minty our 13 year old flat coat from bloat and twisted gut GDV - it wasn’t looking good for Minty but she pulled through after three hours surgery. Minty was treated with such love and care. We had complete confidence that she was in the best possible hands.
