Very easy to book a consultation with one of the vets at Medivet to get a second opinion on my cats hip dysplasia diagnosis. On the day of the appointment the reception staff were very friendly and the vet who handled the consultation was very understanding and helpful on next steps for my cat. I felt that the vet really understood what we were going through and was sympathetic towards our situation unlike our previous vet, hence why we chose to move to Medivet instead.

So thankful for everyone here for looking after our cats over the past few years! All of the staff from receptionist to the vets have been a pleasure to deal with, both in emergency and routine visits. Special shout out to Pablo who helped us to navigate post-Brexit paperwork and certificates for transporting animals to EU!

My little kitten has an accident and walked around in circles. I first bought him to Medivet in Camberwell and was ceremoniously been sent home with the advice to observe my kitten closely if no improvement, bring him back to the hospital. It was clear that he has a head injury and requires immediate medical support. Luckily the next day when I brought him back to the clinic, there is another vet Dr Gabrielle on duty. She examined my kitten very carefully and immediately referred him to the best veterinary hospital in UK, made urgent phone calls to the hospital, gave me detailed direction on how to get there. It was late and on a rainy date. You can feel Dr Gabrielle is passionate about what she does and cares a lot. The nurse on duty gave my kitten a towel and a blanket to cover his carrier so he won't get wet in the rain. My kitten has made a full remarkable recovery. If it wasn't Dr Gabrielle, my kitten would probably get stuck in the "let's wait and observe" protocol. Thank you Dr Gabrielle and the nurse on duty that day.
