We sadly had to have our beloved cat put to sleep on Sunday, but Medivet Richmond made his last moments as comfortable as possible. The vet we saw gave a prompt diagnosis and saved our cat from going through agonising invasive tests that another vet from a different practice had recommended him to have the following day. The whole team were very caring and compassionate. Thank you for being so kind to our boy.

My experience is good with medicet. I got appointment on sane day and while visit doctor treat my dog very well and give us proper guidance to treat with dog on his condition . I pay there from mine but they claim insurance for me and i got money for my dog insurance company in 2 days after excess fees. So everything is good with medivet.

We were so impressed with those we dealt with when our dog was so unwell. Eloi the vet could not have been kinder, and gave us all the information we needed. Davina the nurse was so caring and kind, both to our darling boy and us. They could not perform a miracle and make him well but they gave him a good death which is so important. Cannot praise enough - thank you Eloi and Davina for caring for Barney x

Charged me £49 for a stamp on the pet passport to allow dog to travel back to Europe. For nothing other than a stamp! Full charge for all the other elements supplied in the consultation. Totally unjustified profiteering by a greedy business-owner.
