Medivet 24 Hour Shrewsbury threw open the doors of its newly refurbished and rebranded veterinary practice at the weekend to give visitors a behind-the-scenes look at its state-of-the-art facilities.
Dozens of people and pets visited the Medivet 24 Hour Shrewsbury practice for an afternoon of fun activities and a chance to meet the team at the branch on Longbow Close.
Branch Partner and Veterinary Surgeon Simon Cook said: “The practice has undergone a huge transformation and we were delighted so many people came along to have a look. A demonstration of our hydrotherapy pool proved a popular draw, as did the face-painting and, of course, the cupcakes! We were also pleased to unveil our new CT scanner, which greatly improves the speed and accuracy of diagnosis and will prove an invaluable asset to the practice.
“Thank you to everyone who came along on the day – and to the great team here for making the event such a success.”
Medivet 24 Hour Shrewsbury is one of the group’s 18 Emergency Hospitals open 24 hours, 365 days a year and is located in Longbow Close in Harlescott.
