Our Practice, Facilities and Services

Led by partner and veterinary surgeon, Simon Pudsey, our team are proud to offer you and your pet the highest standard of care so you can enjoy a long, happy and healthy life together. Our practice is bright, modern and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities; we continually invest in the latest technology so we can provide your pet with the best possible treatment options. We are a caring and welcoming team who treat each other like family, just as we do your pets. If you have any queries, please get in touch with us, we are always happy to help.

Entrance and Parking Details:
Main entrance at the front of the building, through the car park. Large car park at the front of the practice with 1 hour free otherwise they have to enter their registration into the branches parking eye system at reception.

    We can issue pet passports so your pet can join you on your holiday.

  • Free Nurse Clinics
    Our experienced nurses offer free expert advice on how to keep your pet healthy.

  • Disability Friendly
    Our practice features disabled access. If you have any specific requirements, please call us.

  • Home Visits
    We are able to offer home visits if you find it difficult to get to our practice.

  • Symptom Checker
    An online, scientifically tested quiz that identifies how urgently your pet needs to see a vet.

  • Isolation Unit
    We care for patients with infectious diseases in our isolation unit so other animals aren’t at risk.

External Out-of-Hours Provider

When we are closed, we divert all calls to a dedicated out-of-hours clinic. If your pet requires care in an emergency, please call us as usual to be directed accordingly.
