A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced assistant vets to take on a varied, flexible role within our growing family in the Merseyside region.
The clinics boast ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, inpatient facilities and enjoy a fantastic and long standing relationship with the local community. You will be supported by a great team of vets including certificate holders and branch partners. All clinics also benefit from having permanent and experienced VN’s.
You will need at least six months’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. In return we will provide strong mentorship, fantastic packages (see below) and the chance to be involved in cases using state-of-the-art technology. All this we provide whilst you continue to develop your career and get the most job satisfaction.
Locations of work will be based in:
• St Helens
• Orrell Park
• Mossley Hill
Medivet offer outstanding career progression, including post-graduate study and partnership opportunities.
Established in 1987 in North London, Medivet has rapidly grown into a national small animal veterinary group with nearly 200 practices and 2,000 staff across the country.
Our national support centre is based in Watford, with a regional office in St Helens. We remain a privately owned veterinary partnership, owned and run by veterinary surgeons: excellence is key to both our front line service and our organisational ethos.
Despite our size, Medivet is very much a ‘family’. By treating all our clients, their pets, and our colleagues as members of our family, we aim to deliver amazing client and patient care in order to reach our goal of becoming the nation’s favourite vet.
