Head Client Care Assistant - Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a Head Client Care Assistant to join our fantastic team in Hendon, London.

Medivet Hendon is a very well-established flagship hospital. The practice is led by Central Partner, Richard and Branch Partner, Jerry.

This role requires previous experience within a veterinary environment. You will oversee a friendly team of six Client Care Assistants, responsible for training and leading by example.

The position would suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and exemplary management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Overseeing and training the team of CCA's
  • Welcoming and assisting clients into the hospital
  • Dealing with a busy switchboard and arranging call backs
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Updating client files with laboratory data
  • Taking payments
  • Ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked
  • Ensuring the practice is maintained to a high standard

What you'll bring to the team?

  • Previous experience in a managerial role
  • Exceptional customer service with a helpful, empathetic approach
  • A passion for animals and their well-being
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multi-tasker who is able to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition.

Hours: 40 hours per week with 1:4 weekends with TOIL.
