We are seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join lovely practice in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated vet who is eager to drive the practice forward. This role would suit someone interested in medicine with a desire to complete a certificate actively encouraged.
This role works to a 4-day rota with 1:3 Sat or Sun, or 1:6 full weekends.
About the practice:
Medivet Borehamwood is a very well-established practice, equipped with spacious reception and consult room, theatre, x-ray, and dentistry facilities; it also feeds into our fantastic 24-hour hospital in Hendon where out-of-hour care is managed by our dedicated night team.
The successful candidate will be joining a great team including our head nurse, who has been with us for fifteen years, and student nurse.
Medivet Borehamwood is situated ten minutes away from the national rail line with direct links into London and Luton airport. The practice sits on a lively High Street with a variety of shops and restaurants.
There is also a Medivet flat above the practice available to rent, should you require accommodation and fancy an extremely short commute to work!
This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience with accommodation or £10.2k housing allowance, vehicle or £2.5k vehicle allowance, £1.5k CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave and in-house training, RCVS, VDS and BVA membership paid.
