A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated vet to join our brand-new surgery opening in Saint John's Wood next February!

We are seeking at least three years' experience with the desire grow and develop a practice with excellent potential. 

The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder and an excellent diagnostician. Here, you will play a crucial part within the team, developing the clinics culture and becoming a-part of the local community.

About the practice;

This practice is finished to a high standard, equipped with two consult rooms, theatre, CR x-ray and dental x-ray, in-house lab, kennels and feeds into our well-established Hendon region, where all out-of-hour care will be managed by our experienced night team.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional written and spoken English language skills. You must demonstrate initiative and leadership skills, responsible for a small team and working together to make your mark on this highly sought-after and peaceful area of North London.

We have an excellent support structure in place and we take pride in our collaborative approach; you will have the opportunity to visit different practices within the group, calling upon our experienced vets for advice - we also have monthly meetings where you can get to know the other vets within group and discuss clinical matters. 

Medivet St John's Wood is based within walking distance to St John's Wood tube and Regents park, it's situated near to the High Street in one of the most affluent areas of the capital.

This role will work to our 4-day rota with 1:3 Sat or Sun, or 1:6 full weekends and does not currently work any OOH. 

It offers a competitive salary with accommodation or £10,200 housing allowance, vehicle or £2,500 allowance, £1,500 CPD allowance plus 3 days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVA memberships and 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
