We are seeking an Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to join us in an interesting and varied mobile position, responsible for supporting different Medivet branches within the Essex area.
We are expanding the Medivet family with the aim to improve our current rota and work-life balance even further! The successful candidate will need at least six months’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience.
About the role;
Our mobile role works within dynamic teams across the region, both in a sole charge capacity and alongside experienced vets and certificate holders.
In this role you will have excellent exposure to a variety of cases and well-equipped practices. It would be suited to a motivated, enthusiastic vet who's eager to prove themselves in a supportive role, playing a crucial part within the Medivet family and adding to our continued success story!
You will need at least six months’ UK (or UK equivalent) small animal practice experience.
Established in 1987 in North London, Medivet has rapidly grown into a national small animal veterinary group with nearly 200 practices and 2,000 staff across the country.
Our national support centre is based in Watford, with a regional office in St Helens. We remain a privately owned veterinary partnership, owned and run by veterinary surgeons: excellence is key to both our front line service and our organisational ethos.
Despite our size, Medivet is very much a ‘family’. By treating all our clients, their pets, and our colleagues as members of our family, we aim to deliver amazing client and patient care in order to reach our goal of becoming the nation’s favourite vet.
