Job Description:

We are seeking a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join our busy hospital in Hendon.

This role will involve working 26 weeks of the year on an attractive 7-nights on, 7-nights off rota with a full-time salary and benefits.

About the practice;

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated night vet with a passion for emergency and critical care who enjoys working to a gold standard.

Medivet Hendon is an established hospital led by Senior Partner, Richard and Branch Partner Jerry.

The clinic is excellently equipped with in-house lab, orthopaedic theatre, isolation unit, separate cat and dog wards, endoscopy, ultrasound, ECG, digital x-ray, dentistry facilities, CT Imaging and MRI. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all out-of-hour care within both the hospital and the surrounding Medivet clinics. Here, you will work alongside a team of dedicated night staff, as well as having on-call vets and nurses available should you require additional support during your shift.

All our clinics share the same software so you will have full access to the patients' history at all times -case continuity guaranteed!

This role offers a package of £50k-£60k depending on experience including accommodation or £10.2k allowance, vehicle or £2.5k allowance, £1.5k CPD allowance and 2 days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVA memberships.
