Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join our Alfreton practice in Derbyshire on a full time basis. The practice is located near beautiful countryside and is easily commutable from nearby Nottingham and Derby.

For this position we are seeking a confident and capable all-rounder who has a minimum of 2 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. The ideal candidate must have a client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills who strives to work to a very high standard both medically and surgically.

About the practice;

Within our Alfreton Park Vet Hospital, you will be working as part of a large driven team of 9 vets, 15 nurses and 3 receptionists.

You will be fully supported by certificate holders in dermatology, surgery and others studying towards emergency and critical care and ophthalmology.
