Job Description:

The Medivet Hinckley Station Road practice is situated closely to Hinckley Town Centre where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants.

This is an exciting opportunity suited to a motivated and enthusiastic individual; you will be working in a friendly team made up of two Vets, three Nurses and a Receptionist. The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the leading the nursing team.

What you'll bring to the team?

This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years qualified experience.

You will have clinical coaching experience, keen to support and develop our student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and we will offer full management training with our dedicated in-house internal training team.

You'll have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.

Strong mentorship and support will be available to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your job. You'll be free to devote all of your time to looking after your clients and patients.

This position is working 40 hours per week with one in four Saturdays.
