We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Assistant to join our lovely team at the Richmond practice.
What you’ll be doing?
Your average day will include a variety of responsibilities such as: welcoming and assisting all clients, dealing with a busy switchboard and arranging call backs, scheduling appointments and entering lab results into the client's files, taking payments, ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked, general administration duties and ensuring the reception area is always kept clean and tidy.
What you’ll bring to the team?
Reception or customer-facing experience is essential for this role, as is a love for animals. However, no prior animal care experience is required. The position would suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and exemplary communication skills. You should be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure and prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition.
