My Cat needed urgent attention and i am thankful to the Daventry Medivet team for helping me get her the attention needed One person to mention is Ellys who has really been very helpful throughout the time and was always available to help

This practice is amazing. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they were so compassionate and supportive when I lost my German shepherd last year, and have been incredible with our new additions this year. I love to swing by with my pups just to say hello, the staff are very friendly and great to chat too. Always there with great advice when I need it. The only negative thing I have to say, and this is not about the practice or the staff - just the way that animal medication is marked up by all veterinary practices… it’s ridiculous. For example, to worm 3 dogs through the vets it would cost £330 every 3 months. To buy the same medication elsewhere (with a prescription (which has a cost)) is £87.

Very pleased with how everyone in this practice has looked after all of our fur babies from rabbits to our dog. Tony has been wonderfully patient and thorough. Elise and Millie have both been fantastic and super helpful answering any questions we’ve had. They’re a brilliant team.

Whilst waiting for our appointment, another dog had to have emergency assistance in the waiting room, I just wanted to praise the staff how they reacted, and how they supported the owner with such care, professionalism and reassurance.

Toni the vet was the most compassionate vet I have come across. We had to have our beautiful dog billy put down yesterday and he was really thoughtful and respectful, we did t have to take billy inside, what a lovely person and really shows he cares. 1 in a million, made the hardest day more easy to cope with

We are registered with Medi Vets in Daventry who are not available in case of emergencies 24-7. We called their Leamington Hospital 4.15am Tuesday 23rd to ask for help as our 5yr old German Shepherd had collapsed and had a lot of diarrhoea with blood in it. He was none responsive and hardly breathing. They told us that they were too busy and to wait until 8.30 when Daventry opened! ……. He died. Thankfully not in agony; thanks to Vets4Pets Northampton who helped us. The outcome would not have changed; but their attitude stinks!

DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!! If I could I would give no stars and even minus stars if the option was available! Medivets Daventry is the worst vet I have ever experienced as soon as possible I will be changing vets. The vet does not care gives a can’t be bothered attitude and comes across as someone who has no qualifications when he replies to our questions with a “err think it’s “ answer every time also constantly wants to make more appointments so he bumps up the consultation fee’s along with constantly trying to charge for treatments that are not correct for my dogs issue, £500 for tablets other vets sell at £80 so it says it all Medivets is just a scamming money grabbing company!! I would stay away from these national scammers and stick to a caring local independent vet who actually care for your pet and for their reputation. If anyone from medivets reads this review and would like to talk to me about my issues and I would love to but be warned I am angry and you will hear some hard home truths about your services and prices.
