I trained in New Zealand before coming to the UK and I’ve always worked in small animal practice. I’m currently studying towards a certificate in Small Animal Medicine, and I particularly enjoy performing ultrasounds. Outside of work, I like to walk my dog (a rescue Patterdale cross called Emmy), run and go on holiday with my family.

I graduated in 2007 and have been a small animal vet ever since. I enjoy different aspects of veterinary medicine and I have plenty of experience in all areas of soft tissue surgery. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, watching movies and reading books. I have two cats, that I adopted as stray kittens; they’re now eight and nine years old.

I’ve been working for Medivet since 2018. I rehomed a black cat called Fred, who was brought into the practice as a stray.

I first studied at Writtle College and gained my veterinary nurse qualification in 2012. I have worked in the Corringham practice for 13 years and I’m a self-confessed crazy cat lady. When I’m not at work, I love to travel and make memories with my cat Marvin, who I rescued in 2011 after he came into practice as a stray with a broken leg.

Ive been with Medivet since November 2018, becoming a permanent member of the Corringham team in July 2018. I thoroughly enjoy my role in practice, particularly learning all aspects of nursing. Outside of work, I spend time with my two Chihuahuas called Benny and Buddy and my cat called Marmalade, who I hand-reared since birth.

I joined Medivet in November 2017 and worked as a mobile member of staff until August 2019, when I joined the Corringham team. I enjoy both medical and surgical nursing and I have a level 3 diploma in Animal Management. At home, I have a dog called Polly, a bearded dragon called Reggie and a chameleon called Elvis.

I joined the practice in 2001 as a training nurse and worked my way up to Head Nurse before going on maternity leave. I then joined the office team at Corringham with a focus on training and administration side of nursing. I have completed a pet bereavement course and I also hold an occupational health certification in Managing Safely. I have a Jack Russell and five pet mice called Merida, Panda, Fizz, Boo and Dotty. I love to spend time with my daughter and family, as well as watching Netflix, reading and exploring paranormal activity.

Really happy with Medivet Corringham. Very kind, very helpful. Our adopted cat had kittens and I had NO clue, but they were down the other end of the phone and very supportive. Very patient as well. All the staff I have had interactions with are friendly and very knowledgeable. I've been promoting MediVet Corringham to our kitten adoptive parents. Thank you for all your help and support, you do an amazing job!

An excellent veterinary practice that goes above and beyond for our pets. Our Labrador Hollie loves going for her health checks. Hollie unfortunately is very naughty which resulted in 2 surgeries but the Vets and Medivet in Corringham provided our baby with best care and have given her a lot of love. We are very grateful for all the work they do.
