The best professional vet in London was above and beyond my expectations very clean waiting area the receptionist Chris was very welcoming and very helpful answering all’s my questions as well saule the vet dr.Hinnah who took great professional care of my dog she’s very knowledgeable in her job very informative answering all’s my questions she’s was very caring towards my dog and advise me the best care for my dog. keep it up the good job .thank you for your great care and 5 stars customer service.

Staff are friendly, but they need to get the vet bill correct as I was nearly charged for precedure that hadn't been done! It would be nice to have the receipt with price for every item being charged.

Took in a stray cat to be neutered after Cat Protection provided me with a voucher. The care has been great, all the staff were friendly and obviously care for the animals. The surgery and post operation visits were very smooth and informative. I'm really happy I have found this place! Thank you for everything!

Very friendly practice - reception staff are very welcoming and the practice is always clean and a nice place to visit. The vets are all nice, and take time to listen to any concerns you have. Have recommended them to family as they are so good

The staff were professional and friendly and it was a stress-free experience apart from anxiety about the fact that she had to be scanned to find out the original owner. I am sceptical about the 'science' and while the very nice vets may well be innocent about the process I don't think the cat has a chip inside her - although I suppose if she does it is ethical in case the animals are removed to where they can't physically return home.
