The staff was wonderful the vet himself was very professional with looking after my puppy they even took over with the injection for the jabs because I couldn't bare the thought of the needle because I have a phobia of them the payment plan is very easy to follow and is easier to make sure that my pup can get full treatment with out money being of issue anymore which is amazing in this day and age they answered my every question and also gave me advice on certain things for my other dog which was not being seen which they didn't really need to as for they was treating my pup but all in all very helpful and friendly would highly recommend

Excellent all round. From the minute I walked in I felt my dog Guinness was going to be well cared for. The receptionist, Beth is warm, friendly and welcoming as is the vet,William. He was thorough and professional and put both Guinness and myself at ease. I was desperately sad when my old vet retired and thought nobody could match her care. I was wrong, Medivet Aberdare was equally as good if not better and I thank you.

The staff and vets are extremely welcoming. Pet plan taken out on our two new cats mother that had been abandoned and one of her kittens. Our old girl had to be put to sleep who was also registered with Medivet and had her cremated and given back to us with a certificate and paw print. We are extremely pleased with the practice.

Great team at Medivet Aberdare. Always easy to book. The vet Jesus was so gentle and caring towards my cat, making sure he took the time to make sure my cat was as relaxed as possible before and whilst checking his symptoms.
