For me personally, I have been coming here for a year now (when needed) and my experience has never been a good one, which is a shame. I feel I have left this practice each time with the feeling not to return and their focus was financial gain and not the care of the animal. Sorry team but I shall not return. With respect.

Extremely satisfied with the practice. We attended Allestree and the receptionist had a lot to deal with all at once and we would have liked to book our next appointment but a lot going on! But it is a small waiting room!!
