We take our dog and 3 cats here, really lovely and caring staff. Our dog actually LOVES going to the vets and the little touches like a small toy for each pet when they have an appointment are really thoughtful and show the really care and go the extra mile.

The Veterinary Doctor Natasha at Whitehart Lane practice is lovely. Always very happy, cheerful and takes her time to explain or help with any issues I have with my 2 dogs. All the other staff have also been wonderful to us.

I have always had a lovely experience with these vets, they are not only understanding but also professional too. I am a new “mum” and they have helped me at short notice, explaining things in a very clear way! I usually speak to natascha, she is very knowledgeable, and great at keeping worried people like me calm! Thankyou so so much guys for looking after me and pup! 5* all round!!! The dog is is always so excited to go to the vets! :-) Hours are great and we can always get an appointment at short notice. We have been sending both our dog and cat there and have always felt very well cared for. I have found all of the vets very trustworthy and professional. They always give my animals the most lovely welcomes and are refreshingly honest with me, which I appreciate. I like the fact that the emergency vet has the same phone number (and software system) and are only just around the corner. During Covid, they have been incredibly helpful, with seating outside the vets for customers etc. We have been going to them for many years (even before they became a Medivet).

I have just got a new puppy, and had been worried as I’m a first time mum. I called to ask if I could get a check up, they were fully booked, however seeing how worried I was, they managed to squeeze me in very promptly. I saw Natasha. She is the most wonderful vet! She put every part of my mind at ease, and my little pup looked happy as ever! She gave me a solution plus even a little toy for Oreo! Honestly I really recommend seeing the vets here, they make you and your pet feel at ease!

The BEST vets I have ever used in all of my dog's 13 years! Raffles had major problems with his teeth (typical trait of the Cavalier King Charles breed) and despite his heart murmur and age, he received the most comprehensive and caring treatment from Natasha, Magda and all the team. I now have a more sprightly and happy dog and hopefully one that will be our family pet for many more years to come. Thank you all at Medivet White Hart Lane - can't recommend you highly enough!!
