The staff are fantastic, made myself and my nervous 9 week old puppy feel very comfortable . Definitely going again and would recommend.

Very caring staff and knowledgeable vets. A quick diagnosis for my dog and easing of symptoms very quickly. My dog is also very nervous and they are so gentle and kind to her

Sadly I had to have my beautiful little cat Loulou put to sleep. Mary the receptionist was so caring and supported me in this awful time. She was so supportive and understood how I was feeling and didn’t rush me in me choosing what to do regarding my cats ashes. Thank you for your support.

I have been coming here since it was Margets & Luck, I have always been happy with coming here but since it changed to Medivet it doesn't have the same personal feel, each time I come down I see a different vet. From my experience they are very professional.

We phoned and got an appointment the same day about 1 and a half hours from making the call and being at the vets during the covid-19 pandemic, we had to wait outside while they examined our cat the vet came out and with our cat and medication the vets sent a email with the cost and how to pay. It was so quick and easy during these tough times.

I have used Medivet Bearsted (and previously Margetts & Luck under the old ownership) for all my many cats since 1987. I have always found the service prompt, courteous and kind, especially with me when having to take my beloved companions for that sad but inevitable last appointment.
