Reception staff and previous Vet James are great. Unfortunately with our recent visit we took our cat in for an examination and diagnoses as she had fallen sick and lost weight, we were met with a new vet where there were some clear communication issues with in regards to language. Did not read any previous notes from the previous check up to be up to date with all necessary information before examining their patient, and immediately suggested something that had already been done weeks prior for a quick cash out it seems. This vet did not even stop to ask us of any symptoms we had noticed with our own cat, before jumping into saying terms such as "tumor" "cancer" "end of life" purely from a visual inspection of weight loss and our cat being old. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in any field of medical practice. Imagine going to the doctors for a rash and they immediately tell you it's skin cancer at a glance, luckily our cat doesn't understand English.

first visit with my dog since moving area service brillaint waiting room small but wasnt waiting long easy to pay bill friendly staff and happy staff you can tell they are a team all get on and that they enjoying working there

five stars all the way. Betsie came into be spey i was so worried when i got there the teambut my mind at rest and went through the form, and admitted her they rang me throughout the day to tell me she was settled when she was going into operating room and when she was out and in recovery they put my mind at rest thank you and bestie still loves coming back to see all off you so i know she was treated like royalty
