I qualified as a vet in 1989 and arrived at Medivet in January 2009. I previously grew up in South Africa and worked in a mixed practice hospital for 17 years. In my spare time I enjoy going for walks with my family and our birman cat, Karoolsie.

Theo, Mai and all the staff are amazing at Medivet Sandy and Biggleswade. They are brilliant with Puss (our 21 year old cat) and Snowdrop (our house bunny) who both have issues and visit on a regular basis. They're also amazing with our rescue hedgehogs. We really couldn't ask for better vets, vet nurses and not forgetting the wonderful Sally on reception in Sandy.

I was really impressed with Medivet Biggleswade in how they looked after my kitten throughout her rather traumatic start to life and as such went back to have her spayed here rather than a closer vet nearby. I didn't regret the decision. Everyone has been professional and helpful throughout and I found the service provided great. I would recommend the place to anyone. Thanks guys!

The dedicated and caring staff at Medivet Biggleswade (and at Medivet Hendon 24hr hospital) have been amazing during the difficult time we've faced losing our beautiful cat. They have been so thoughtful and supportive with helping our three children to say goodbye and grieve for their precious pet. We couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks to all who helped.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was exceptional and they all had time to answer any questions we could think of. It was also great to know that the whole team had specialist rabbit knowledge, rather than just cats and dogs. Add to that the fact that you never felt that you were being pressured into spending more money than was needed, separate waiting areas for animals who wouldn’t deal well with dogs and the excellent after care guidelines we were given as a print out, and you can see how each level of service was fantastic!
