I qualified as a vet in 1989 and arrived at Medivet in January 2009. I previously grew up in South Africa and worked in a mixed practice hospital for 17 years. In my spare time I enjoy going for walks with my family and our birman cat, Karoolsie.

I’m currently studying a certificate in Exotic Medicine and Surgery. At home, I have a Royal Python called Nagini, a Husky called Suet Suet (which means Snowy in Chinese) and two leopard geckos. Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was exceptional and they all had time to answer any questions we could think of. It was also great to know that the whole team had specialist rabbit knowledge, rather than just cats and dogs. Add to that the fact that you never felt that you were being pressured into spending more money than was needed, separate waiting areas for animals who wouldn’t deal well with dogs and the excellent after care guidelines we were given as a print out, and you can see how each level of service was fantastic!

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was exceptional and they all had time to answer any questions we could think of. The booking process for the original appointment and subsequent follow ups were very easy to book. It was also great to know that the whole team had specialist rabbit knowledge, rather than just cats and dogs, which is something we hadn’t experienced at the previous vets we used. Add to that the fact that you never felt that you were being pressured into spending more money than was needed, and the excellent after care guidelines we were given as a print out, and you can see how each level of service was fantastic!

Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They removed a grass seed from my spaniels inner ear that was very painful with out having to have him put to sleep. Brave dog and confident vet perfect results and I’d been to a few vets but these guys are highly recommended. Many thanks mr Edwards and Chester (the dog). 👏🏻👏🏻

I’ve been coming to Medivets since it was Coutts (over 30 years). They have always treated my fur babies really well. Even though I moved, since I first started using Medivets Biggleswade/Coutts and have other vets a lot nearer to me, I still use Medivets Biggleswade.

When I have to take my fur baby in it’s always happy and a friendly family atmosphere. They treat my pet like one of there own. All the staff and nurses are knowledgeable and nothing seems to be any trouble. I would recommend without hesitation

Lovely vets, they were very kind, caring and thorough every time I went, unfortunately we lost our cat recently and received a lovely card from the vets offering their condolences which we really appreciated. if we ever have another pet we will for sure register them here again.

My dog is very nervous, but the vet had time to settle my dog with few treats of course, but was good to see that, plus while examining the dog was lots of reassurance for my dog and also myself. And if we encounter any issues or have concerns. Very professional and defenitly highly recommended. Thank you 👍👏
