Best Vets we've ever used! All staff are brilliant , friendly , professional and have a genuine love for all animals . When our beloved bunny died recently , Ana and the team were so supportive And respectful during the whole process making our loss alot easier to deal with . We recieved a beautiful bunny card and a keep sake sample of Jack's fur, presented in a lovely small glass jar with a J on it. What wonderful people we have caring for our pets as much as we do . Thanks all . You are the best!

My doggies was so happy for been looking after and heathy checked by the lady vet ( I am so sorry I have forgot she name ) in local vet at Brockham.

Very caring, very kind and very helpful. Really appreciate phone calls the next to check up on our pets after a visit or operation. Do what they say they are going to do. Very compassionate when we had our elderly dog put down. Sent a card with condolences which was considerate.

Poor D’artagnan the GP visited today with a cyst on his back . As always he was treated so well although he doth protest to much !!! Wouldnt go anywhere else . Thank you to everyone at medivet

Staff are always lovely, kind, compassionate and friendly. Professional, but understanding of individual circumstances. I've moved house recently, but would rather travel to Medivet than move to a local surgery.
