Our out-of-hours provider is changing

We’re pleased to announce that all out-of-hours appointments can now be seen at our Medivet 24 Hour Alfreton practice. Our system stores your pet’s details, meaning our vets will immediately have a clear understanding of your pet’s clinical history.

Symptom Checker

If you’re not sure whether your pet needs to see a vet, our quick and easy Symptom Checker can help. Answer a few simple questions about the signs of illness your pet is displaying and the checker will advise whether a trip to the vet is necessary and how urgently that specialist care should be given.

Head Veterinary Nurse

I've worked for Medivet for almost five years, starting as a Patient Care Assistant. I qualified as a nurse in the summer of 2019 and joined the Clapham practice in November as a Head Nurse. I'm really looking forward to getting to know all the wonderful clients and patients over the coming months. At home I have a lovely German Shepherd called Trigger, and a naughty Pembroke Welsh Corgi called Rufio. In my spare time I love to bake for family and friends, and try out new restaurants with my other half. My favourite thing to do is discover new places to walk with the pooches.
