Pet new to area, they were happy to see us and quickly too. Easy parking. Consult fine but as with all vets very expensive for what it was and then had to pay for medication. Would go back if necessary

Staff are always kind and gentle when treating my pet and are happy to discuss treatments in detail and make sure I understand and also give advice about diet etc.

Very kind and caring vet Mary who looked after our old guinea pig, treated him very gently at the end of his life. Receptionist was lovely and caring too. Recommend White Horse Vets as they have been brilliant at a really difficult time for my family.

Disappointed with care when picking my cat up after an operation, she was checked over by nurse and brought out to us to take home, only to see that her cannula was still in her leg. When pointing this out we had oh sorry and was taken back to have it removed. I felt that the attention to detail and care was not up to the standard I have always had here. I am disappointed with the immediate care however she has since had a check up and was pleased.

We have used Whitehorse, primarily in Calne, for several years now to care for our dogs Misty & Skye. They have always taken such wonderful care of them, providing thoughtful & pragmatic care & guidance. We had such trust in & respect for Jane who had always been a completely trusted source of care & advice, & we were very sad indeed when she retired from & sold the practice, concerned that it might become very corporate under its new ownership. Today highlighted that this is not the case. Faced with the very sad reality of having to say goodbye to Misty, we struggled to find an ‘at home service’ to administer the necessary process. Rather reluctantly we ended up going to Whitehorse to handle the process there. They could not have been more caring, more empathetic or more wonderful in how they looked after both Misty & us. Jane may have left Whitehorse but the soul of the practice remains very much intact. Thank you for making a very difficult event so smooth, peaceful & so very sensitively handled. You helped more than you know.
