My dog had an eye infection and my Medivet location didn't have any available times for me to bring him in so they recommended I contact Medivet Canonbury. They found me an appointment and were so friendly during our visit. My dog was all tail wags as they were doing the eye tests and the staff was all over him with love and affection.

Medivet have helped us out of a sticky situation with a pet export after being given the run around from another vet (not Medivet). Vet Lorna was brilliant with our dog, very thorough and kind, and the whole team are very helpful and professional. Wish I'd found Medivet Canonbury sooner!

Stellar response and excellent diagnosis to an emergency. Followed up by an immediate referral for specialist intensive care and speedy arrangements to admit the cat for specialist treatment at RVC.

They aren’t my branch however they were there in the time of need as I have an elderly dog my local branch in Stamford hill however due to the Covid pandemic Have been without a vet for three weeks all the local Medi vets were fully booked and I managed to get an appointment in the same week at the canonbury branch they were extremely professional and very friendly I will definitely commending them to friends and family . However I am extremely disappointed with Medi vet in general we have been without a vet for three weeks in Stamford hill I had to reach out to other branches to get seen which produce stress not only on myself but on my my dear dog ..I k now we are at the moment in difficult times Also we have a puppy boom however I found it extremely upsetting that I could not reach out to my local vet especially as my dog was extremely ill Difficult Decisions needed to be made Felt I had to plead to get an appointment don’t get me wrong I am not criticising Stamford Hill branch I’m extremely annoyed with Medi vets One of the largest veterinarians in England and not have the support mechanism Necessary to maintain Stamford hill branch opened ... very discounted

All the staff are exceptionally friendly, courteous, patient, informative and so caring towards myself and Frank (my beloved best friend). Prices for medical care are very high (which unavoidably places me on a diet of sandwiches for a month, whilst my dog is able to continue his high level of luxury that he’s use to). I would however! Highly recommend!
