Sophie as always was amazing with my little terrier toby yesterday, he doesn't like the vets, he doest really like people but with yeasty ears he has to go, Sophie is very calm with him and gets the job done, he's much better today

Everyone is so caring about our pets and no matter what questions you ask they are always ready to find out even though they may not know at the time. Will is a very good vet and we have a great deal of confidence in him in these very trying times.

The vet, Will, that we saw remembered Chester. He was very thorough with his explanation and seemed to genuinely care about my puppy. When I phoned back in the evening the receptionist was very clear and spoke me through all the options. Just all round good customer service and knowledge of their jobs.

We consistently have good service, ie very friendly staff, available to discuss and advise, opening hours are so convenient for people working outside Carterton: we went at 11am on a Saturday, that’s brilliant. The practice seems very well managed, the staff very considerate. My doggy was so cheerful when he came out (joking).

It is very difficult for us all to operate at the moment with restrictions etc but the vet (Sophie) was attentive and professional highlighting extra needs and couldn't have been more helpful.

All the staff are so nice and helpful. They explain everything in full until we understand and Dibs just loves to visit them, which is just as well! All of his visits and treatments have been successfully completed.
