The staff are always so friendly and polite. Always smiling and ready to discuss any issues however trivial. I've been with them for 13 years now and I've never been disappointed.

Avoid! They will make your cat life threateningly sick. They made my kitten very unwell with FIP. They incorrectly gave my kitten a live vaccine and when I reported he wasn’t eating much and was unwell. Now their excuse is that it was a locum vet who has since left the vet.. I have had to pay thousands in vet bills at another more competent vet. Going to court is the next step due to false medical documentation!

I’m extremely happy with my visit! The receptionist staff and the vet were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my appointment immediately after I called the clinic. I’m very happy to find this amazing exotic vet who treated my unwell Guinea pig. I visited one before, but they were not specialised with exotic animals like Guinea pigs and have my pet the wrong medicine and treatment. I’m utterly grateful and thankful to this extraordinary vet lady , Julia who answered all of my questions, she dealt with the pets with loads of love , compassion and kindness. She is very knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone ! The best vet ever ! Also very reasonable pricing! ❤️🥰🙏🏼🙌🏼🐹🦡🐀🐁🦫🦝🦨🐇

Always feel welcome and the team help with my dog who does not like going to the vet. Questions always answered in depth. Great communication as had a voicemail and follow up email.

Each Medivet practice is dependent on the staff that work there - I have been lucky to have a great staff team in Catford supporting me care for my 17 year old cat.

Had Julia who was super sweet and diligent with my puppy. A lot further away from the previous Medivet & parking isn’t too bad (3mins walk from McDonalds) but totally worth it, got good vibes from staff! :)
