Absolutely appalled by the service I have received recently from this vet. I have been with medivet for over a year now but with this branch for about 8 months. The staff have EXPRESSED to me how they are underpaid and do not get breaks as if a reason to explain why they hardly care about the animals that come in. The vet I saw had a very disinterested attitude and sounded like he did not care about my dog at all. I have felt neglected by this vet.

Sunny had a health check up which was part of her health plan .The vet knows she is a little nervous so goes slowly with her during her medicals. She comes out of the vets unnerved which makes it easier whenever we have to return.

Sadly had to say goodbye to my 16yr old dog and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The vet and receptionist staff were so compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.

absolutely brilliant vets! all of the staff are amazing! they have gone above and beyond for me, I received so much care and support during the time of having to make a devastating decision to put my beagle to sleep, I honestly couldn't ask for more. Jenny and all the girls you are absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate everything you've done for me. xx

Have used the vets for 10plus yrs, always recommended the staff who we trusted completely with all our dogs. On the last couple of visits for our elderly and nervous rescue dog we noticed bad attitude and lack of care, we thought the staff were just having "off days". Today we called the vets to change our dogs appointment, my husband was spoken to so badly with such a bad attitude by the receptionist, and they spoke to me the same way, when we challenged them about their unprofessional behaviour, the receptionist then refused our dog further treatment
