This vet practice is the best one I have visited in my time owning rats. A lot of vets aren't very knowledgeable about the animals themselves, nor do they seem to care however the story at Medivet is entirely different I am pleased to say. They have cared for numerous of my rats, and I cannot thank them enough for all of their caring efforts and their fantastic staff. Ornella is a treat to this practice, as are all of your staff including the reception staff. So lovely and kind and never judging. Rats unfortunately are prone to lots of issues, despite how sweet and how short their lives are. The prices here for surgeries are much fairer than other better known vets out there, where the other vets tend not to care either about your animals so I am so happy I found Medivet. I'd also like to note the aftercare after operations and the actual quality of the stitching up after ops is perfect. None of my rats' stitches came out, they weren't pulled out either, and they didn't need a cone on their heads. I would trust this practice a million times over to perform a surgery on any of my remaining rats, should they require it. All of my boys are happy and they'd love to see you all again - I know how much you all loved seeing our sweet chunks! Thanks for everything and for always keeping in contact with us when you treated our boys.

Because you are professional, sympathetic, helpfull, understanding and straight forward. Most of all you are honest do not rip poeple off and call back when required. Ethicly so very correct. Needless to say much more.

This was my first experience with Medivet. And also this was my first experience of seeing true honest customer service and what you call really going out of your way to help someone.
