It's a lovely clean, quiet place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The vet I saw today was the first ever vet in eleven years who my cat didn't try to kill and was extremely confident and knew how to keep my cat calm and stress free. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting, which was a welcome bonus. I can't recommend them enough.

A very friendly and caring team. My cat wasn’t in when I got home and I thought I would have to cancel but they accommodated my needs. Fortunately he came in so I got there on time. My cat was looked after and treated patiently and with care- he is a very nervous cat! Everything was explained clearly and I was able to ask lots of questions which were answered fully. I can’t fault the care shown to me and my cat by Pam on Reception and by the vet-(whose name I am sorry to say I don’t know!)

This vets is friendly, with exceptional staff very clean and wonderful atmosphere. Due to the service of the staff on every visit I could not take my pets anywhere else. Flawless all round for us thank you for being the best in Croydon x
