This was our first experience of Medivet in Hinchley Wood. Our Siberian Husky called Hope was treated with sensitivity and kindness and we were made to feel welcome. We were given lots of useful information by the Vet - thank you

Love my local medivet branch. The staff are so incredibly friendly both when my previous pet died and now with my new kittens. Sheldon is always so friendly on the phone as are the other receptionists. I feel like the healthcare plan is reasonably priced and it's always easy to get appointments. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Hello " my dog died on the 7/01/24 is a terrible time for me right now . The midvet staff and company have been fantastic to me during this time and all the time . They were understanding to my grief and talked to me and listened. They give good treatment to my dog when he was alive and cared for him give me choices and talked things over . All in all it's a great service nice staff and that helps too . Very happy how I was and still being treated as I will pick up my dogs ashes soon . I would recommend.😪😪😀😀

Amazing and they do care for your pets. I recently had to go several times for my cat Meelo as we did not know what he had. Louis took full care for him, she kept us informed and she made me feel calm knowing he was in good hands. All nurses and other vets that have seen him have also been great, and the reception teamalso amazing, specially Sheldon. Thank you all

Jess is a regular at Medivet Esher. Jess used to find the whole experience really stressful but the staff, especially the reception team, have been a key part of this. Jess is always treated extremely well and they have been brilliant in listening to me and helping me when needed. They were fabulous after Jess & I were attacked and bitten by another dog, they treated her with so much care and compassion and made sure that I was ok too! We love coming to the vets every month!
