I am the Lead Veterinary Surgeon at Medivet Fulham and I have spent eight years working in companion animal primary care practices. I have graduated from the University of Liverpool with a certificate in advanced veterinary practice and a postgraduate certificate in veterinary professional studies. I am also an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine. Prior to this I studied veterinary medicine at the Royal Veterinary College and graduated in July 2015. I have two cats at home who are incredibly badly behaved if ever in the clinic.

Hi, I'm Francesca (or Frankie as everyone knows me!). I graduated from the University of Bristol in July 2022 and joined the team at Medivet in January 2023 after spending 6 months volunteering in animal shelters around the world. My next adventure will find me volunteering in a dog shelter in Tanzania in January and February, but look forward to returning to Fulham in March. When I’m not at the clinic I enjoy trail running and the outdoors!

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in June 2023 and spent the summer working in a small animal practice in the Cotswolds. I moved to London in August and started working for Medivet in September. Outside of being a vet I love running and I’ve entered my first marathon next year. I also love travelling and hope to treat some animals in other parts of the world in the future. I have a naughty horse who is retired and lives behind Cheltenham Racecourse, and a very naughty cocker spaniel named Womble.

Hi I'm Alex, I have been working in the Veterinary industry since I was 16 and became a Registered Veterinary Nurse after graduating from Middlesex University's Veterinary Nursing BSc(Hons) in 2019. I have been working with Medivet for 3 years and have become very involved in their Clinical Coaching Scheme; teaching new starting Student Veterinary Nurses. When I'm not busy at work, I am kept busy by my own cat, Otto, cycling and making (bad) pottery.

Patient Care Assistant

Hi I'm Jeff, I've been at Medivet Fulham for around a year as I love animals (especially dogs!) and wanted to work with them. Prior to that, I had been working in my parent's pub in Hammersmith, although you may still find me pulling the odd pint or two. I have just been accepted to join the Medivet Student Veterinary Nursing programme and will be starting early next year.

Misdiagnosed our cat’s bite on the tail as a sprain. Inadequate treatment to the area leading to additional two days suffering on the part of my cat. I’ll be taking my cats to somewhere that is more thorough in its investigation from now on.

Worst reception vet possible in any human kind . I was treated badly and I have physical conditions it was the worst experience in my life from a lady with glasses unfortunately she is not well trained and I recorded her actions and will be taken to head office . Please take it to consideration when dealing with people like that, she wanted me to pay extra money for no reason and she did not give me any reason she got very angry for no reason. The behaviour is unacceptable and should be dealt with. By the manager, because she will do it to everybody

Went to the vet twice for my dog. Very expensive. 2nd visit because first visit did not help they charged over £80 for anti itch pills that last a few weeks plus the visit total £156. They then went onto suggest that dogs can be on these pills for life to combat a skin condition, wow that’s expensive and there must be a better way. My dog has not been sick for 10 years. It’s daylight robbery. I will not return.
