I feel grateful that we have such a wonderful Veterinary team and clinic so close to our home. We have a very nervous Whippet but the Veterinary Nurses and the Vets do the utmost to comfort and soothe her. The whole team are incredible - their dedication, kindness and care is 10/10.

Always such lovely staff and my dog is taken care of so well. You can tell they have a genuine passion for their job and are always on the end of the phone for advice

Nothing wrong with the quality of veterinary care given here but they MASSIVELY overcharge for meds and that is NOT acceptable. Just get them to issue you with a prescription then buy the meds from a reputable online seller. This unacceptable overcharging does considerable repututational damage for which the directors are responsible.

1st time using them, they don’t do direct payment at all, got a very large bill which I’ve paid straight away but when it comes to trying to get the money back from my insurance company they don’t seem to want to know!! Even my insurance company tried to call them and got nowhere!! Got told my dog would need a ct at a £2400 I asked if this could be a continuation on my claim so that I wouldn’t have to find money I don’t have and again got no reply but they were quick to send me the bills and estimates. My dog needed more medication I believe on the results of his urine, I missed the call but called back a few minutes later to be told I would get a call back. It never came! Vets are lovely I can’t argue with that and attentive but if you are in a position where you want to use your pet insurance for very large bills that are out of your control then this vet is a no go as they just want the money now!! If I’d have been financially sound then maybe missing £3044 would have been fine but I’m not in that position and feel that now I want my money back and need help from them they just ignore me and my insurance company it seems. Very disappointed with them really
