I have been using Medivet Hampstead for 12 years and I have to say they stand out on their own as a veterinary practice. John Beel was my first vet when I first went, followed by Jeremy Carr, Sarah Furminger and Helen. The nurses are all out of this world with Anna being Head Nurse. I would never usually use a veterinary group per se as I am a believer in the independents on the high street. I can honestly say over the most recent years and this year in particular I have had lots of issues with my 3 dogs. Jeremy Carr and Sarah together with the entire team, Helen and Anna, Michaela and everyone else do the most outstanding job. They care deeply. They are empaths and highly skilled and devoted professionals. I would travel far to come to this veterinary practice because I understand more than a lot of people about the medical world. I come from a medical background. Medivet Hampstead stands alone and is a shining beacon. Even if you might see another Medivet in close proximity I can assure you from my own personal experience that no other Medivet practice could ever match the personalised and expert care I always receive with my dogs. I am treated like a human being and these wonderful people deserve to be recognised for the very hard work they do. If I could give an infinity amount of stars I would. Medivet Hampstead - thank you for everything you have done for me and still continue to do. I am forever grateful. Anna - you are a queen ! Once again on this Friday evening I was looked after by Helen and Sarah ... Anna and Jodie in reception completed the team this evening. I honestly appreciate all of you. Medivet Hampstead does not feel like it belongs to a group - it’s intimate, personal and I’m forever grateful as are my 3 girls. Dolly Betty Mabel and me Roberta xx

I have been using Medivet HGS for 8 years and never had a complain, always greeted with a smile and ready to help at the drop of a hat even if its just advice. Definitely the best round here. Selling all kinds of treats, food and accessories a great help too. Even my dogs enjoy going there.

The vets here are so knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never feel my dog is given any unnecessary treatments or products to simply make money and the service from reception and support nurses is always incredible.

Best vet! I strongly recommend! Thank you Medivet Hampstead for firstly saving my pups life last year and secondly operating her just recently. One thing Ive learnt is to never trust any other vet apart from you. Special thanks to Sarah & Jeremy. The staff is so supportive. Can never thank you enough❤️.

Took my mum's cat in as an emergency the vets on a whole very accomadating with when I can drop the cat in and when it was suitable for me to pick up the cat . Anna the nurse very attentive to the cat , also very helpful and put us at ease , thank you again .

I have trusted Medivet Hampstead with my guinea pigs and rabbits over many years. The care and respect they have for animals as well as the medical knowledge behind the scenes has made me confident in their treatment of my pets. I highly recommend Jeremy and Sarah, as well as the nurses and receptionists who have always been professional and caring.
