Left due to lack of available vets, short opening hours and having to travel around Maidstone and Cranbrook to see any vets, no ideal when you have a poorly pet

My cat and I was well received and got an appointment just 45 minutes after my phone call. Both the Nurse and the Vet was very friendly and welcoming. The Vet took his time to explain the lab test and answered all my questions willingly and patiently. I only wish that the Vet we saw yesterday was a permanent member of staff and not temporary called in for a few months. I can strongly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

When we had a problem with our 4 month old puppy we called explained the issue and we were able to see the vet within 30 minutes, great service
