The staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Since moving to Hertford a couple of years ago I've been impressed with the staff at Medivet and the way they handled my old and slightly grouchy canine best friend. I sadly had to take him into be put to sleep last week and whilst it was never going to be a good day, the sensitive and dignified way his passing was handled by all the staff was much appreciated.

I have had a very good experience with The Oak and will 100% be staying with this Veterinary Practice as they have made me and my puppy Lily (she’s a beautiful red cockapoo) feel so welcome. The vet and the nurses are amazing and definitely have Lily’s best interest at heart😇 highly recommend !!!!!!!

After having our lovely Springer Spaniel, Jack looked after so lovingly by all the staff and vets here up until at the great age of 15 we had to say goodbye and with the lovely help from the team he was at home with us all. With their kindness and help and not to mention the lovely card and forget-me-not seeds which was such a lovely thing and meant so much to us all! We have just got a new puppy and they have been fabulous in their puppy checks, information and all their help, couldn’t recommend them more.
