All members of staff are so polite and friendly people. I have been there a number of times so I can confidently say it is amazing service. I had my dog spayed today and after an update they gave us a suitable time to collect her. She was in amazing condition, she was still a happy dog that wanted a fuss :) The staff explained the process in detail on how they did it, how she was, medications, food advice, brilliant service. Felt confident leaving knowing everything went ok. 100% recommend these vets.
